Macie was home sick on Monday. But after her 3-hour nap that afternoon, she was feeling good enough to play around in the kitchen while I cleaned up. So she snagged the broom from the corner (a decorative one, not one we actually use) and began sweeping the floor for me. Until she realized that it could become a decent noisemaker if you hit it against the stainless steel trash can hard enough. So then it became a game.
