Matt and Carla left after our meal to head back home to Oklahoma, so this marked the culmination of a great (but short, as always) weekend together for the Schaeperkoetter crew.

Fuji
For lunch today, we celebrated Dale's 39th birthday and Scott and Bobbie's 11th anniversary (Again - you can never celebrate too much, right?!?) by going to Fuji, the Japanese Steakhouse in Jefferson City. All 18 of us were here, so we had a huge table to ourselves. I took the opportunity to snap a couple of family pictures, and our server was gracious enough to get a family shot at the end.
